HOW THE CHALLENGE WORKS:

  • Earning Wellness Minutes: Earn as many Wellness Minutes possible every day during the challenge period of March 1 - March 22, 2024 through these ways:
    • Select among these hand-picked videos or choose your own path from Grokker’s extensive video library — Get social by clicking I did this and leave a comment at the end of the video.
    • Sync your FitBit, Garmin, Google Fit, or Apple Watch to your Grokker account to track up to 120 Wellbeing Minutes daily with your device activity.
    • Self-report activities up to 60 Wellbeing Minutes per day that are not tracked on wearable devices.
    • Join a Program carefully created by Grokker Experts if you don't want to look for videos every day.

  • Earn Individual Raffle Entries: At the end of the challenge, lucky winners will be randomly selected to win a $25 Health and Wellness Gift Card. Each participant has multiple opportunities to receive raffle entries for this drawing.
    • Earn 1 Ticket for every 60 Wellbeing Minutes achieved.
    • Earn 1 Ticket for every day active in the challenge.
    • Earn 10 Tickets when someone that you've invited to the challenge joins the challenge.

  • Individual Site Opportunity: The top 3 schools or district offices that have the most participation will receive fresh fruit delivered for the staff room ... plus will earn bragging rights!
