Each micro-interaction is a seed, potentially growing into bigger outcomes. That was the subject line of a unique job application I found in my email yesterday from a Gen-Z marketer who questioned why I barely discuss micro-conversions, while, according to him, that's where the marketing world is heading! Now before I share how leveraged this concept, a quick snapshot about what micro-conversions are: Micro-conversions are subtle but essential actions users take before completing major goals like signing up or making a purchase. They are critical because they offer insights into user behavior, refine the customer journey, and ultimately boost the chances of achieving larger conversion goals. Now, this guy shared a compelling case from his last startup: their landing pages had lots of traffic but poor conversion rates. The key conversion metric was booking a demo. Initially, following the trend that videos on the first scroll work well for SaaS products, they integrated a video. But even after that, the growth in conversions was only a modest 7%. He used heatmaps and discovered only 5% of visitors watched the video, though those who did were more likely to book a demo. Realizing this, he flagged video watching as a crucial micro-conversion metric & after talking to a few potential customers, he learned that they thought the video was a how-to, not an explanation of how the product could benefit them, which is why they scrolled past it. He immediately changed the messaging on the video to make it clear and added a new CTA before the primary "Book a Demo" button: "Watch Now to Understand Our Product Better!" The results were amazing—a 63.4% rise in user engagement and a 27.8% increase in conversion rates from viewers. This tweak not only clarified the product but significantly increased conversion likelihood. Reading his case study I realised, we often chase big conversion goals, while these small but powerful micro-conversions can help us succeed faster than we can expect! Have you ever leveraged micro-conversions?! If yes, please share ideas on how else can these be used to hit the bigger conversion goals?! #microconversions #digitalmarketing #marketingstrategy #userjourney #conversionrateoptimization

Within 8 weeks of releasing our latest feature, we saw 70% customer adoption. This is how we decide what products to invest in to get results like this. We're constantly working towards making full funnel optimization and testing as easy as possible, so we have to make sure we're on the right track with every feature we release. Let's get into how we're doing that. 🪣 Investment into easily creating and managing a robust amount of funnels This is a core of FERMÀT. We’re committed to creating features that improve our customer’s capability to create funnels. 1.5 years ago, creating 3 funnels was amazing. Now, our customers are creating 30+ in their first 8 weeks and our superusers are doing 200+. Obviously this comes with complex processes to manage, track, run experiments, collect data, etc. but that’s exactly what we’re investing in. 🪣 Investment into data. Experimentation mindset and velocity is the goal—but if you don’t know or have the time to package the info properly to present it to others, there’s no use. We already have a few reports but we’re adding more persona-based reporting where the exec, CMO, founder, media buyer, etc. can take a look. More easy-to-digest reporting for what’s working vs what’s not. 🪣 Investment into expanding our experimentation strategies. We just released our Bundle Builder which is continuing this goal of ours to bring experimentation to the forefront. But I can’t say too much here without giving away 2 massive offers coming up, so I’ll leave it at that. 🪣 Investment into controlling every step of the funnel. When you think about a funnel, the user should have control over every step, be able to mix and match PDPs and charts, and visualize different combos easily. This is a newer bucket we’re trying out. We’re thinking about a workflow builder that allows you to visualize each step of the funnel and essentially plug-and-play. “Like Canva, but for experimentation.” - Rabah Rahil We stick to these 4 buckets when deciding what features to create and what parts we need to invest in. This year has already been incredibly progressive, but we’re excited for what’s to come. Can’t wait to share more. 🚀

This week, we officially launched paid ads focused on generating demo requests—and wow, it’s been an eventful journey so far! Until now, I’ve mainly had conversations with founders I know personally or those where I’ve been the end user. This allowed me to refine the product to fit my vision and expectations. But now, connecting with a wider range of clients and seeing the product through their eyes has been incredibly insightful. Every conversation has brought fresh perspectives and has truly underscored the value of direct customer feedback. As you might imagine, it’s been a bit chaotic in this early stage! From analysing the campaigns, appointment setting to leading each demo myself, I’m wearing many hats right now. In the coming weeks, I plan to put more streamlined processes in place to make things smoother, but for now, it’s a hands-on learning experience that’s been invaluable. Excited to share metrics and insights soon as we continue growing! #StartupLife #CustomerFeedback #ProductLaunch #GrowthJourney

We helped Notion grow with a 35% rise in accounts with 3+ users. We helped Miro grow with a 35% increase in annual plan subscriptions. Now, we're helping SEMrush and NerdWallet grow. How? ⬇ At a certain point, companies want real growth. The kind of growth that impacts their profitability. Which is why we don't focus on increasing leads or sign-ups. We help our clients attract, capture, and retain paid and repeat users. Most companies get stuck looking at metrics like: - Clicking on a lead magnet - Opening an account - Free trial sign-ups But they don't know what drives free users to become paid or repeat users. Our role is to help them go deeper into the funnel: - Average seat count per customer - Annual subscriptions - Team activation We're able to predict and target the type of users that increase these metrics. aka Notion, Miro, SEMrush, and NerdWallet's most profitable users. What type of user are you optimizing for? #artificialintelligence #marketing #growth #strategy #VBB

🎉 Just wrapped up and scheduled Conversio’s social media content and five campaign contents for the first quarter of 2025! Having everything planned, mapped out, and ready to roll feels like the ultimate productivity win. If you’ve ever felt the weight of posting daily, I totally get it. The scramble for last-minute content isn’t just exhausting—it can pull you away from focusing on the bigger picture. That’s why scheduling content has been a total game-changer for me. Here’s what it’s given me: ✔ Consistency without the stress ✔ More time to focus on growth ✔ The freedom to stay creative ✔ Flexibility to pivot if inspiration strikes (like this post!) I’m also thankful for the Social Media Management course I took years ago. Sure, it’s a little outdated now (Social Media’s algorithm changes constantly), but the foundational strategies I learned still help me execute campaigns with ease. If you’re struggling to keep up with posting, scheduling is your best friend. It’s not about losing spontaneity—it’s about creating peace of mind and giving yourself space to show up authentically. Trust me, your future self will thank you! #conversiomarketingstudio #conversio #funneldesign #landingpagedesign #landingpage #crm #crmautomation #ghl #highlevel #gohighlevel #systemeio #sio

𝐖𝐡𝐲 𝐝𝐨 𝐒𝐌𝐁 𝐚𝐝𝐯𝐞𝐫𝐭𝐢𝐬𝐞𝐫𝐬 𝐜𝐡𝐮𝐫𝐧 𝐟𝐫𝐨𝐦 𝐚𝐝𝐯𝐞𝐫𝐭𝐢𝐬𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐩𝐥𝐚𝐭𝐟𝐨𝐫𝐦𝐬? I've been on various sides of this game: as a user and a small business owner, handling business development for ad platforms and, ultimately, building advertising products for SMBs. Here's what I've come to understand: 𝐓𝐡𝐞 𝐬𝐮𝐜𝐜𝐞𝐬𝐬 𝐨𝐟 𝐚𝐝 𝐩𝐫𝐨𝐝𝐮𝐜𝐭𝐬 𝐡𝐢𝐧𝐠𝐞𝐬 𝐨𝐧 𝐭𝐡𝐫𝐞𝐞 𝐜𝐫𝐢𝐭𝐢𝐜𝐚𝐥 𝐩𝐢𝐥𝐥𝐚𝐫𝐬: 1. ROI and effectiveness 2. Low barrier to entry 3. User-centric design Aligning these three elements creates ad tools that resonate with thousands of small advertisers because: 𝒀𝒐𝒖 𝒄𝒂𝒏 𝒓𝒆𝒂𝒄𝒉 𝒓𝒆𝒕𝒆𝒏𝒕𝒊𝒐𝒏 𝒂𝒏𝒅 𝒂𝒏𝒚 𝒎𝒆𝒂𝒏𝒊𝒏𝒈𝒇𝒖𝒍 𝒆𝒙𝒑𝒂𝒏𝒔𝒊𝒐𝒏 𝒐𝒇 𝒄𝒖𝒔𝒕𝒐𝒎𝒆𝒓 𝑳𝑻𝑽 No growth or marketing team can re-engage a dissatisfied user base. Remember to consider the impact of negative word-of-mouth and lousy PR on acquisition costs. 𝑰𝒇 𝒚𝒐𝒖𝒓 𝒂𝒅 𝒑𝒓𝒐𝒅𝒖𝒄𝒕 𝒉𝒂𝒔 𝒔𝒕𝒓𝒐𝒏𝒈 𝒆𝒇𝒇𝒆𝒄𝒕𝒊𝒗𝒆𝒏𝒆𝒔𝒔 𝒃𝒖𝒕 𝒂 𝒄𝒐𝒎𝒑𝒍𝒆𝒙 𝒂𝒄𝒕𝒊𝒗𝒂𝒕𝒊𝒐𝒏 𝒑𝒂𝒕𝒉, 𝒐𝒏𝒍𝒚 𝒂 𝒔𝒎𝒂𝒍𝒍 𝒔𝒖𝒃𝒔𝒆𝒕 𝒐𝒇 𝒃𝒖𝒔𝒊𝒏𝒆𝒔𝒔 𝒐𝒘𝒏𝒆𝒓𝒔 𝒘𝒊𝒍𝒍 𝒄𝒐𝒏𝒗𝒆𝒓𝒕 𝒕𝒐 𝒑𝒂𝒊𝒅 𝒖𝒔𝒆𝒓𝒔 Onboarding flows, self-serve tutorials, intuitive interfaces that seamlessly scale to advanced features are crucial for building an effective top-of-funnel. 𝒀𝒐𝒖'𝒓𝒆 𝒐𝒏 𝒕𝒉𝒆 𝒓𝒊𝒈𝒉𝒕 𝒕𝒓𝒂𝒄𝒌 𝒊𝒇 𝒚𝒐𝒖'𝒗𝒆 𝒔𝒐𝒍𝒗𝒆𝒅 𝒇𝒐𝒓 𝒆𝒇𝒇𝒆𝒄𝒕𝒊𝒗𝒆𝒏𝒆𝒔𝒔 𝒂𝒏𝒅 𝒔𝒊𝒎𝒑𝒍𝒊𝒄𝒊𝒕𝒚. 𝑩𝒖𝒕 𝒕𝒉𝒆𝒓𝒆'𝒔 𝒂 𝒄𝒂𝒕𝒂𝒍𝒚𝒔𝒕 𝒕𝒉𝒂𝒕 𝒄𝒂𝒏 𝒎𝒂𝒌𝒆 𝒚𝒐𝒖𝒓 𝒑𝒓𝒐𝒅𝒖𝒄𝒕 𝒈𝒆𝒏𝒖𝒊𝒏𝒆𝒍𝒚 𝒔𝒄𝒂𝒍𝒂𝒃𝒍𝒆—𝒂𝒏 𝒐𝒑𝒕𝒊𝒎𝒂𝒍 𝒖𝒔𝒆𝒓 𝒆𝒙𝒑𝒆𝒓𝒊𝒆𝒏𝒄𝒆. Business owners might tolerate clunky interfaces if the product drives value, but they're unlikely to advocate for it if they constantly battle UX pain points. Address these issues and generate positive organic word-of-mouth and a more potent NPS. #productmanagment #adtech #martech

Can a product sell itself? Maybe not completely. But that's the magic of 𝐏𝐫𝐨𝐝𝐮𝐜𝐭-𝐋𝐞𝐝 𝐆𝐫𝐨𝐰𝐭𝐡 𝐌𝐚𝐫𝐤𝐞𝐭𝐢𝐧𝐠. Companies like 𝐒𝐥𝐚𝐜𝐤 and 𝐃𝐫𝐨𝐩𝐛𝐨𝐱 didn't grow because of massive ad budgets or pushy sales strategies. So, how did they do it? By making their product so good that users couldn't help but share it. Product-led growth puts the product and user experience front and center. The goal? Create a product people love so much that it fuels growth on its own. Think about: ✨Notion – users loved it, shared it, and brought it to their teams. ✨Zoom – word-of-mouth growth during a time when we all needed it the most. ✨Calendly – no frills, just solving scheduling pain effortlessly. The secret sauce? Happy users = natural advocates. 💹 𝐇𝐨𝐰 𝐅𝐮𝐧𝐧𝐞𝐥𝐬 𝐂𝐚𝐧 𝐁𝐨𝐨𝐬𝐭 𝐘𝐨𝐮𝐫 𝐁𝐮𝐬𝐢𝐧𝐞𝐬𝐬 𝐆𝐫𝐨𝐰𝐭𝐡 𝐚𝐧𝐝 𝐒𝐚𝐥𝐞𝐬? 𝐌𝐲 𝐑𝐞𝐜𝐞𝐧𝐭 𝐒𝐮𝐜𝐜𝐞𝐬𝐬 𝐒𝐭𝐨𝐫𝐲! Hey LinkedIn Family, I recently had the opportunity to develop a funnel for a business using GoHighLevel (GHL) funnels, and the results have been phenomenal! Funnels might sound technical, but they are simply the steps a user takes from being a visitor to becoming a customer. 🌟 𝐖𝐡𝐚𝐭 𝐈𝐬 𝐚 𝐅𝐮𝐧𝐧𝐞𝐥? Think of a funnel as a customer journey map, where each step encourages the user to move closer to becoming a customer. It's all about creating a smooth and engaging path from awareness to decision. ✨ 𝐁𝐞𝐧𝐞𝐟𝐢𝐭𝐬 𝐈 𝐀𝐜𝐡𝐢𝐞𝐯𝐞𝐝 𝐰𝐢𝐭𝐡 𝐆𝐇𝐋 𝐅𝐮𝐧𝐧𝐞𝐥𝐬: 🔹 𝐃𝐨𝐮𝐛𝐥𝐞𝐝 𝐂𝐨𝐧𝐯𝐞𝐫𝐬𝐢𝐨𝐧 𝐑𝐚𝐭𝐞𝐬: By designing a clear and engaging path, more visitors turned into paying customers. This meant significant growth in sales and revenue for the business. 🔹 𝐈𝐦𝐩𝐫𝐨𝐯𝐞𝐝 𝐔𝐬𝐞𝐫 𝐄𝐧𝐠𝐚𝐠𝐞𝐦𝐞𝐧𝐭: Users spent more time exploring the site, interacting with content, and taking meaningful actions. This increased overall engagement and satisfaction. 🔹 𝐀𝐜𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧𝐚𝐛𝐥𝐞 𝐈𝐧𝐬𝐢𝐠𝐡𝐭𝐬: GHL funnels provided detailed analytics, helping us understand user behavior and make data-driven improvements. This continuous optimization led to even better results over time. 💡 𝐓𝐢𝐩𝐬 𝐟𝐨𝐫 𝐂𝐫𝐞𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐇𝐢𝐠𝐡-𝐏𝐞𝐫𝐟𝐨𝐫𝐦𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐒𝐮𝐜𝐜𝐞𝐬𝐬𝐟𝐮𝐥 𝐅𝐮𝐧𝐧𝐞𝐥𝐬: 💎 𝐔𝐧𝐝𝐞𝐫𝐬𝐭𝐚𝐧𝐝 𝐘𝐨𝐮𝐫 𝐀𝐮𝐝𝐢𝐞𝐧𝐜𝐞: Tailor each step of the funnel to meet the specific needs and behaviors of your target users. 💎 𝐒𝐭𝐫𝐨𝐧𝐠 𝐂𝐚𝐥𝐥𝐬-𝐭𝐨-𝐀𝐜𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧 (𝐂𝐓𝐀𝐬): Use clear, compelling CTAs to guide users from one step to the next smoothly. 💎 𝐕𝐢𝐬𝐮𝐚𝐥 𝐀𝐩𝐩𝐞𝐚𝐥: A well-designed, visually appealing funnel keeps users engaged and builds trust. 💎 𝐂𝐨𝐧𝐭𝐢𝐧𝐮𝐨𝐮𝐬 𝐎𝐩𝐭𝐢𝐦𝐢𝐳𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧: Regularly review analytics to identify areas for improvement and make iterative changes. 💎 𝐒𝐢𝐦𝐩𝐥𝐢𝐟𝐲 𝐭𝐡𝐞 𝐉𝐨𝐮𝐫𝐧𝐞𝐲: Ensure each step is easy to navigate, making it straightforward for users to move forward. Using GHL funnels has allowed me to create powerful, high-converting paths that drive real results. #GHLFunnels #Marketing #UserExperience #Engagement #linkedin #WebDevelopment #SalesFunnel
