We’re so excited to share The GIST's free-to-enter Pro Men's Hockey Playoff Bracket Challenge!

Following the fun of our WNBA and March Madness bracket challenges, we’re bringing the excitement to the Pro Men's Hockey Playoffs with our biggest prizes ever. Whether you’re a diehard fan or have an all-new interest thanks to a player with beautiful freckles and a weak backhand… this challenge is for everyone — no expertise required.

Join in to cheer for your favorites, compete against friends, family, and fellow GISTers, and maybe even snag some bragging rights (and prizes) along the way.

⚙️ How to play:

• If this is your first time filling out a bracket with The GIST, welcome! Create an account to get started. If you've filled out a bracket with us before, simply sign in.
• From there, navigate to the "Make Your Picks" page. Select your winners for every best-of-seven series by clicking on the team you think will advance.
• Points are awarded for every correct pick, with values increasing each round: 1 point per correct first-round pick, 2 points in the second round, 4 points for the Conference Finals, and 6 points for the Finals.
• Any GISTer who predicts the combined final score of the championship-winning game (Team 1's total goals + Team 2's total goals) will receive an additional 5 points.
• Submit your bracket. Since the puck drops on the playoffs tomorrow (!!!), we’re extending the deadline to April 20 at 6pm ET.

🤑 What's at stake? Our biggest prizes ever — the top three brackets will win airline gift cards valued at:

• 🥇 First place: $1,000
• 🥈 Second place $750
• 🥉 Third place: $500
