• How do I add a premium phone number once I’m logged in to Close?
  • Follow this easy help guide. It only takes a few clicks to add a group premium phone number.
• Can I use an existing group number I have from another tool?
  • Yes, you can. Easily port over an existing number from another provider following these simple steps.
• How can I confirm I'm not going to be billed for it?
  • We are offering 3 free months of premium phone numbers for any new or existing customers who sign up between October 8th, 2024, and November 8th, 2024. No one who signs up during this time period will be billed, and all successful enrollees will receive an email confirming their free premium phone number access after they add it.
• Why aren’t usage fees included?
  • Just like standard Close phone calls made by individuals, our premium phone numbers charge usage fees separately for what you actually use. Inbound local calls start at just $0.0085 per minute.
