2024 brought exciting updates to help teams work together effortlessly:

Smart Invites: Easily see suggested colleagues when inviting members to shared libraries.

Improved Visibility: Browse shared libraries across your organization by name or description.
Email Notifications: Stay updated with customizable summaries of new articles added to your shared libraries, including titles, authors, abstracts, and direct links.

Improved Metadata Management and Exporting

Customizable CSV: Tailor your data with customizable CSV exports and imports. Create reusable templates, define headers, and align metadata with your downstream needs.

Expanded Reference Types: Manage metadata with new categories like Product Labels, Standard References, and Patents, including comprehensive date fields (e.g., Filing, Publication, Priority, Expiry, and Granted).
Solutions for Conference Proceedings: We addressed a persistent challenge in metadata management—handling conference proceedings and meeting abstracts. The singular DOI associated with conferences often complicates updates, but our solution preserves critical conference details while using tools like 'Update Details' and 'Resolve Metadata’ so long as it’s marked as ‘Conference Paper’.

Automatic Library Updates: Purchased content is now automatically added to your personal or shared library—and, if applicable, your organization’s central library—ensuring everyone has quick and effortless access.
Automatic Notifications: In the rare event of a delay, you’ll receive updates for requests taking longer than 24 hours, with weekly notifications until fulfillment.
In-App Tracking: Easily monitor pending and completed orders directly within the app (Settings > Document Delivery) for complete visibility.

Simplifying admin tasks to save you time:

Quick Training Session Booking: Book a one-on-one session or team training with your Client Engagement Manager using our updated quick link—making it easier than ever to get the support you need, exactly when you need it.
Expanded Access Logs: For clients leveraging our document delivery service with organization-wide subscriptions or token packages, new enhanced logs in the Admin Dashboard (Holdings > Access Logs) provide detailed insights into article retrieval success across all authentication methods. Quickly identify and address issues, such as depleted token packages or misconfigured IPs, before they impact your organization.
