Most of the time, ghosting happens because you didn't: → Set clear next steps → Match the way they prefer to communicate → Pre-qualify before hopping on a call Here are three steps to ghost-proof your sales process: 1️⃣ Ask their preferred communication channel early. Don't guess, just ask. Log this into your CRM. 2️⃣ Use a simple pre-call assessment. This filters out tire-kickers and gets everyone aligned from the jump. 3️⃣ Always end with a next step.
