Ever been ghosted by a prospect? Join the club. 👻 It sucks. You feel like the deal was moving and then ... silence. The truth is, it's rarely about you. Most of the time, ghosting happens because you didn't: → Set clear next steps → Match the way they prefer to communicate → Pre-qualify before hopping on a call Here are three steps to ghost-proof your sales process: 1️⃣ Ask their preferred communication channel early. Don't guess, just ask. Log this into your CRM. 2️⃣ Use a simple pre-call assessment. This filters out tire-kickers and gets everyone aligned from the jump. 3️⃣ Always end with a next step. A date, time, and commitment. No "we'll be in touch" BS. Remember, it's not personal. It's just sales. If you want fewer ghosts and more closes, make your process tighter. PS. If they still ghost, send a light follow-up, try a low-pressure check-in, and be curious (not needy).
