This classic unoaked white Soave is made from Garganega grapes grown in the rolling hills of the Soave Classico, just east of Verona, by Gaetano Tobin. Here the limestone rich soils in the west produce wines with pure fruit characters while the volcanic soils in the east impart more mineral qualities. Best enjoyed well chilled within 2 years of purchase.
